Approximate Volume:
Our prices are based on the actual volume submitted for scanning; therefore, try to be as accurate as possible. Please describe your volume as the "number of pages," "boxes," "file drawers," etc.

Approximate Number of Documents:
Pricing is based both on volume and the number of separate electronic files produced. For example, a manila file folder containing 10 reports that need to remain separate is considered 10 documents. A single 300-page report is considered 1 document.

One Time or Repeated:
If you expect the project to be ongoing or repetitive on a cyclic basis, please provide details.
